Our products are hand-crafted Swiss-made watches, created in limited runs to ensure exceptional quality and precision. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your purchase will apply.

2. Ordering & Production Time
  • All watches are made to order. Production and delivery typically take 4–5 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
  • Delivery times may vary due to availability, materials, or customs delays.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email and later, a tracking number when your order ships.
3. Order Cancellation
  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by using the cancellation link in your confirmation email.
  • After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations or modifications are no longer accepted.
4. Pricing & Payment
  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is required at checkout and processed securely through our payment partners.
  • Prices may change at any time prior to order confirmation.
5. Shipping & Delivery
  • We ship worldwide using reputable carriers.
  • You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not liable for delivery delays due to customs processing or courier issues.
6. Warranty
Each watch is covered by a 5 Year manufacturer’s warranty for defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use.
  • The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
7. Intellectual Property
All images, text, designs, logos, and trademarks on this site are the property of Heisenberg Watches. No materials may be copied, reused, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
