Our products are hand-crafted Swiss-made watches, created in limited runs to ensure exceptional quality and precision. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your purchase will apply.

2. Ordering & Production Time

All watches are made to order. Production and delivery typically take 4–5 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery times may vary due to availability, materials, or customs delays.
You will receive an order confirmation email and later, a tracking number when your order ships.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by using the cancellation link in your confirmation email.
After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations or modifications are no longer accepted.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is required at checkout and processed securely through our payment partners.
Prices may change at any time prior to order confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide using reputable carriers.
You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.
Customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for delivery delays due to customs processing or courier issues.

6. Warranty

Each watch is covered by a 5 Year manufacturer’s warranty for defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, text, designs, logos, and trademarks on this site are the property of Heisenberg Watches. No materials may be copied, reused, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.

9. Governing Law

Return and Refund Policy

At Heisenberg Watches we take pride in the craftsmanship of every Swiss-made watch. Because each timepiece is hand-assembled to order, our return and refund policies are designed to balance fairness with the integrity of our production process.

1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase using the cancellation link in your confirmation email.
After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled or refunded until it has been received and reviewed for warranty-eligible concerns.

2. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product arrived damaged or defective.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The watch is unused, in original packaging, with all protective seals intact.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned product passes inspection.
Shipping fees, customs duties, and insurance costs are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Watches showing signs of wear or damage caused after delivery.
Custom-engraved or special-edition items.

6. Warranty Repairs

For warranty claims, please refer to the warranty section of our Terms & Conditions. Repairs or replacements under warranty are free of charge for eligible defects.
